Hello, my name is Adam Fellowes

I plan User Experiences that create comprehensible and accessible content that significantly improves the user experience of digital services.

Currently I’m working with EE as Customer Experience Delivery Manger (CXDM). Embedded in the digital team I provide consultancy services for the wider business to ensure propositions are delivered to the highest standard through digital channels. I take responsibility for the delivery of online experiences for all three of our brands (Orange, T-Mobile and EE).

EE provides around half the UKs population with their mobile and data connections, all of whom have the ability of managing their account online. My main focus is supporting the co-ordination of multiple development programmes for ‘in life’ customers to ensure Customer Experience excellence across digital touch points.

The digital team at EE is committed to deliver transformative digital excellence for the organisation. Collaborating with a number of the UKs most capable digital agencies and partners we are delivering many significant programmes of work that will empower our customers, improve business operations and allow the business to capitalise on future opportunities.
